How many of us say unkind things to ourselves? I know I do. Do I look fat in this? What would I know? I am stupid? I'll never make it as a author? Why do I think I can make a difference? On and on it goes.
How many times do we judge another without knowing their story?
One kind word or deed and heal a broken, lift up the wounded and assist our heart to bloom.
How about we give it a go...kindness is the key to love and be more loving.
